All cases logged into our internal support system and each case is assigned a case number. Here we guarantee that all cases dealt with and initiated within contractual response time (1-4 hours depending on the type of contract). In cases Atrox can not resolve the issue remotely, we perform troubleshooting and fault resolution in place.
